Ticketing Note
To keep Wildflower Mahjong events accessible and pricing as fair as possible, ticket processing fees are now paid by the ticket purchaser at checkout rather than being absorbed by Wildflower Mahjong. This small fee helps cover the costs of secure payment processing and ticketing services.

Cancellation Policy
Community Event Policy
Tickets may be refunded up to 48 hours before the scheduled event. Within 48 hours of the event, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. This includes same-day cancellations and no-shows, as event preparations and materials will have already been arranged.
Private Event Policy
To reserve your date, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your total event cost. Full payment is due 7 days before the event. You may cancel up to 7 days in advance without any additional fees. However, cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable and require full payment.
